1. Service Overview

Sunrise Bin Services provides residential waste bin management, including:

  • To the Curb and Back: We move your trash and recycling bins to the curb on or the day before collection day and return them afterward.

  • To the Curb: We move your bins to the curb on or the day before collection day; you are responsible for returning them.

Services are available to residents in Las Cruces, Doña Ana, and the Mesilla Valley, New Mexico.

2. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure seamless service:

  • Bins must be accessible and free from obstructions on scheduled service days.

  • Notify us of any changes to your collection schedule.

  • Ensure bins are in usable condition; damaged bins may hinder service delivery.

3. Billing and Payments

  • Subscription Fees: Services are billed monthly at the rates specified on our website.

  • Payment Method: Payments are processed via the payment method provided at signup.

  • Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in service interruption.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

  • Refunds: Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused services.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through email or our website.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Sunrise Bin Services is not liable for:

  • Missed collections due to inaccessible bins.

  • Damage to bins and property not caused by our personnel.

  • Delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather).

We value your privacy. Personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of New Mexico.
